Under one roof we have created the ultimate showhome and marketing tool. Every “techie” feature you can possible imagine has been installed and matched with great taste and home comforts – nothing has been spared.

“Woodhill” in Cobden Road, Napier, is a combined effort.  Many of the Tech Group team have worked on the pet project in their specialty fields over the past two years.

Richie Richards says one of the challenges when promoting the increasing range of audio and automation, multi media and technology advancements is helping potential customers understand how it all works.

“The best way for people to gain a real appreciation is by seeing and hearing it for themselves. 
“Instead of handing out brochures we invite people into a real life example.”

At a push of a button and a single remote you can relax and enjoy music and watching movies with surround sound in all the rooms through a media box.  You can watch on screen guests arrive and knock at the door and enjoy the comforts of air conditioning, heating and there is also a computer with broadband.

Another special feature is that the house has been designed to cater for people with disabilities.  These aids have been tastefully but discretely installed so that while those who need them know exactly where they are and how they help, no one would even realise.

To maximise its potential the three double bedroom show home is also promoted as guest accommodation.  It sleeps up to six, each bedroom with its own ensuite & balcony, there is a very large entertaining area and lots of room outside.
