Napier Collision Repair Centre

A major technological upgrade was a serious undertaking for the Napier collision Repair Centre, but thanks to the Tech Group it went without a hitch.

As part of its expansion, the company installed a massive 14-metre long spraying booth for trucks and boats. A state-of-the-art, heat-controlled system, it is the only one of its kind in the region. With 15 metres of ducting and banks of custom made switch boards, it was installed in record time thanks to the streamlined set up of the Tech Group.

“Without them, I would have needed five different companies working on the job. That means getting quotes from five lots of competitors, coordinating five lots of subcontractors and of course five different bills,” said owner operator Wayne Zaloun.

Instead, the Tech Group oversaw the entire project and Wayne was able to focus on his day job knowing the high-spec installation was in safe hands.

“It was all done inside two and a half weeks. That’s half the time I had expected. They did a brilliant job and everyone from the supervisor right through to the individual workers knew the scope of the job and what was required. Nothing was a problem.”
