CEO Richie Richards heads the Tech Group of Companies which he founded in 1984 as a one-man operation.

Today, the group employs 140 highly-qualified and experienced staff across a wide range of disciplines, and is a training ground for up-and-coming apprentices seeking to be the best in their trade.

On-going education and training in the engineering industry is vital, and the Tech Group’s technicians are continually learning and up-skilling on the latest information and products.

As well as technical training, the staff are leading the way in health and safety where the level of regulations and requirements is always increasing.
